Embedded Services

  • This model provides a fully embedded service with your team or can provide a stand alone service adding an all-inclusive Talent Acquisition function to your organization. This is a more strategic, flexible, and cost-effective alternative to contingency services and allows for much more dedicated support. 
  • Engagements using this model begin by having an intake meeting where we will define a 30/60/90 day hiring plan, define your company’s Employee Value Proposition, calibrate the requirements of open positions, and establish timelines.
  • Once established, we begin executing the plan providing status updates along the way to maintain alignment.
  • All-inclusive monthly flat fee, payable twice a month
  • Unlimited placements with no additional fees
  • Flexible contract lengths (average engagement is 6 months)
  • 10-20 hours of dedicated direct support per week priced according to hourly allotment.
  • We will create job postings, provide interview questions, coordinate interviews, manage candidates through the entire process, and perform all recruiting/operations related tasks required.

Single Search Retained Services

  • This model offers clients 16 hours a week of dedicated recruiting of qualified passive talent.
  • We will partner with your internal team to define your company’s Employer Value Proposition, calibrate the requirements of open positions, and establish timelines.
  • 20 percent of the annual salary for each role will be billed as follows:
    • 25 percent due at the beginning of search
    • 25 percent due after the second interview
    • 50 percent due after offer acceptance and start

Multi Search Retained Service

  • This model offers 16 hours per week of dedicated time with a lower monthly retainer.
  • A flat fee for each hire made during the engagement period regardless of salary level. 
  • We will create job postings, provide interview questions, coordinate interviews, manage candidates through the entire process, and perform all recruiting/operations related tasks required. 

Staffing Services

  • Through partnership with RIM Recruitment Professionals, we offer clients full staffing services to include contract and direct hire placements. 
  • RIM is a collection of 80 independent business owners who partner to service clients in Public Accounting, Technology, Healthcare, Sales, Manufacturing, and Legal.
